    • Understand qualify-of-life issues and help problem-solve.

    • Provide end-of-life and palliative care information.

  • A seven-day-a-week toll-free help line for patients and their designated family members or caregivers.

  • Regular mailings of standards-of-care reminders and other educational materials specific to their condition.
